instituci\u00f3n, Estefan\u00eda Ord\u00f3\u00f1ez, design\u00f3 a David Herrera, presidente del GAD Parroquial de La Uni\u00f3n (cant\u00f3n Chordeleg), como nuevo vicepresidente de la instituci\u00f3n.<\/p><p>La elecci\u00f3n se desarroll\u00f3 mediante un proceso democr\u00e1tico, con la participaci\u00f3n de los presidentes de los Gobiernos Aut\u00f3nomos Descentralizados Parroquiales Rurales del Azuay. La moci\u00f3n que respald\u00f3 la designaci\u00f3n de Herrera obtuvo 15 votos a favor.<\/p><p>Tras su elecci\u00f3n, el nuevo vicepresidente agradeci\u00f3 la confianza depositada en su persona y reafirm\u00f3 su compromiso de mantener un trabajo articulado con los diferentes niveles de gobierno.<\/p><p>Por su parte, la presidenta Estefan\u00eda Ord\u00f3\u00f1ez destac\u00f3 la importancia de mantener una gesti\u00f3n firme y cercana a las 61 parroquias de la provincia. <em>\u201cVamos a defender a la ruralidad y a trabajar para que nuestras voces trasciendan el Azuay\u201d,<\/em> manifest\u00f3, enfatizando que la instituci\u00f3n priorizar\u00e1 la unidad y la representaci\u00f3n activa de los territorios.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-inner-section elementor-element elementor-element-3819ee9 elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"3819ee9\" data-element_type=\"section\" data-e-type=\"section\" data-settings=\"{&quot;_ha_eqh_enable&quot;:false}\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-extended\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-100 elementor-inner-column elementor-element elementor-element-27502f7\" data-id=\"27502f7\" data-element_type=\"column\" data-e-type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-5f72a9c elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"5f72a9c\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Como parte de la Asamblea Provincial tambi\u00e9n se analiz\u00f3 la propuesta de reforma a la Ley que establece rentas en favor de las provincias de Azuay, Ca\u00f1ar, Morona Santiago y Tungurahua por venta de energ\u00eda el\u00e9ctrica (Decreto Ley N.\u00ba 047), normativa fundamental mediante la cual los gobiernos parroquiales reciben recursos econ\u00f3micos.<\/p><p>Durante este espacio se evalu\u00f3 que la propuesta de reformas contiene aspectos positivos para las parroquias, as\u00ed como otros puntos que requieren un an\u00e1lisis t\u00e9cnico profundo.
